Join our fast-growing company as a Business Development Representative! Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about our Employer of Record services and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Qualify leads, gather key information, and collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide feedback to marketing. Meet monthly targets for qualified leads and revenue generated. Bachelor's degree preferred with proven experience in sales development. Must reside close to Massachusetts.
