Senior Solution Advisor

The Senior Solution Advisor role at Granicus is a strategic, high-impact presales position for experienced professionals who excel at storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. As a Senior Advisor, you’ll lead “Art of the Possible” and Vision Demonstrations that are critical to helping public agencies visualize transformation—before a formal solution design is even on the table. You will serve as a thought partner to account executives and product marketing, shaping early-stage opportunity direction and ensuring our solution messaging lands with clarity, relevance, and confidence. Key responsibilities include leading vision demonstrations, driving discovery, crafting narratives, and collaborating with product marketing and AEs. Success is measured by pipeline progression, tailored demo narratives, and positive feedback, with a focus on improving demo methodology and messaging.
