Job Description

Boulevard is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to strategically manage customer relationships to drive revenue growth, maximize client lifetime value, ensure high client retention rates, and execute effective account planning to capitalize on growth opportunities. As a Strategic Account Manager at Boulevard, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with our key clients. You will be responsible for understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities, and leveraging this understanding to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration with internal teams. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with client decision-makers, acting as a strategic advisor, and developing comprehensive account plans.
