What you'll do:
- Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products and services you manage.
- Work with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to synthesize market research, user needs, business requirements, and technical approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects, while representing Nava’s outcome-centric and user-centric approach.
Required skills:
- 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
- Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts.
- Ability to define product objectives and logically reverse engineer the path to achieve them.
