Role Summary:

• The successful candidate will supervise and guide a team of analysts and editors in day-to-day execution.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct activities to ensure tasks are performed efficiently.
• Work closely with the team manager and other stakeholders to align operations with company goals.

• The team works to expand AlphaSense’s content offering and support client needs.
• Tasks include transcription and editing of conference call transcripts.
• Monitor team productivity, speed, and content quality while identifying areas for improvement.

• Set clear performance expectations and provide resources and training.
• Serve as a point of escalation for resolving complex issues and conflicts.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to assess progress and identify growth opportunities.
