Job Description

Design and development of ServiceNow’s value-driven approach to Solutions and Industry strategy.

-Contribute frameworks, content, and models that help customers forecast and maximize business value.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Deliver business impact by developing value-based models and content that clearly articulate the business impact of ServiceNow solutions.

-Create a unified value content set spanning the entire customer lifecycle—pre-sales through post-sales.

-Support senior members of the Value Excellence team in core modeling activities and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Support ServiceNow’s Value Go-To-Market strategy.

-Enhance internal advisory and review service offerings.

-Improve content design and tooling.

-Present to key stakeholders.
