Role Overview:
- Act as the founder's right hand, running the business day-to-day so they can focus on growth.
- Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and report progress proactively.
- Work directly with the founder and their team, contractors, and vendors.
What Success Looks Like:
- Day 1: something is off the founder's plate.
- Week 1: real hours back on their calendar.
- Day 30: the account pays for itself.
What You'll Own:
- Manage calendar, inbox, tools, and context to decide without asking.
- Build and run AI workflows and automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, ChatGPT).
- Coordinate team, contractors, and vendors so nothing important slips.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years running operations as Ops Manager, EA, or founder's right hand.
- Built structure from scratch in small, founder-led businesses.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1) and reliable remote setup.
