Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will deeply understand customer goals and success metrics through ongoing discovery, building trusted relationships with users and executive stakeholders. Lead and manage onboarding, guide customers through value realization, and develop strategic account plans. You will identify and mitigate risk and facilitate regular success check-ins. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to advocate for customer needs, drive strategic discussions, and mentor other CSMs. Identify opportunities for expansion and amplify customer success stories, actively contributing to building a scalable Customer Success function in a startup environment. Partner with Account Managers to build long-term strategies with customers.
