About the Role:
- You will run and scale the delivery engine behind a growing technical professional-services and software company.
- You will lead a 40-person organization and influence most company revenue.
- You will partner with the CEO on strategy, growth, and acquisition integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Delivery/PMO leader and Capability Leads with clear goals and accountability.
- Build trusted cadence for staffing, capacity, delivery reviews, and portfolio performance.
- Improve utilization, hours billed, margin, and act on findings.
Qualifications:
- Substantial operating and leadership experience (7+ years) with accountability for teams and financial results.
- Commercial fluency in utilization, capacity, project budgets, and pricing.
- Sound judgment and EQ to earn trust and make clear decisions.
