Role Overview:
- Serve as executive leader for all post-sales operations including professional services, client delivery, and support.
- Create and lead a standardized execution framework with project dashboards, time tracking, and delivery KPIs.
- Act as escalation point for critical accounts and personally intervene to stabilize at-risk contracts.
Financial & Operational Discipline:
- Develop and track KPIs for customer profitability, services margins, cash conversion, and project health.
- Lead project-level cash flow modeling and margin leakage tracking.
- Implement SaaS vs. services margin tracking and align accounting with GAAP.
Technology & Team Development:
- Assess and implement scalable third-party platforms for automation and reporting.
- Drive talent reviews, identify skill gaps, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Introduce AI strategy to automate low-value tasks and improve scalability.
