Overview:
- Support Apex Service Partners’ affiliated home service companies by managing warranty claims and reimbursement processes.
- Serve as liaison between warehouses and manufacturers to ensure timely documentation and follow-through.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of warranty processes for various manufacturers and distributors.
- Establish and maintain a clear communication system with warehouses to track claim requests.
- Submit and monitor claims to ensure confirmation and reimbursement.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ServiceTitan preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Compensation:
- Commission-based role at 10–11% commission.
- Remote position with occasional travel to Elmsford, NY.
