Overview:

  • Support Apex Service Partners’ affiliated home service companies by managing warranty claims and reimbursement processes.
  • Serve as liaison between warehouses and manufacturers to ensure timely documentation and follow-through.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of warranty processes for various manufacturers and distributors.
  • Establish and maintain a clear communication system with warehouses to track claim requests.
  • Submit and monitor claims to ensure confirmation and reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ServiceTitan preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based role at 10–11% commission.
  • Remote position with occasional travel to Elmsford, NY.
