Comply is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, responsibilities include performing set-up and configurations within the Comply platform to effectively activate new client accounts, responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, and managing customer account activation implementations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet deadlines. Further, this position involves reviewing and interpreting data, prioritizing support cases, managing case details, and collaborating with technical support and product development teams.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer-facing and communication skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data. Superior troubleshooting, resolution, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to perform complex tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, to exceed client expectations for support. This position has high expectations as you will have extensive exposure to our Product Management and Sales teams at all levels; Potential for advancement, learning, and overall career development within the organization!
