As a Technical Account Manager, you are a strategic partner for key business customers, ensuring they receive guidance, support, and resources needed to succeed. You will leverage your technical knowledge and customer advocacy skills to retain and grow customer deployments on DigitalOcean, helping them solve complex challenges and maximize the value of their cloud infrastructure.

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales at assigned accounts, nurturing and growing Applied Business. Travel to customer sites is expected about 10 times per week. A Car allowance is provided. The Account Manager needs to achieve sales at assigned customer list to meet or exceed profit goal and perform Gap analysis on accounts quarterly to grow product offering at Accounts.

As Director of Strategic Accounts – UK, you will lead complex, high-value relationships with a small portfolio of enterprise clients across the United Kingdom and greater EMEA. You’ll play a critical role in shaping long-term partnerships, navigating large-scale opportunities from early discovery through expansion, and helping clients solve deeply complex technical and operational challenges.
