Be instrumental in driving customer retention by managing contract renewals of CreatorIQ’s customer base. Proactively align with Accounts Executives and Customer Success to prioritize revenue and engaging with customers about their upcoming contract renewal, as well as, uncovering expansion and upsell opportunities and driving them through contract signature.
