ImageX is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You'll work closely with the VP of Finance and the delivery and operations teams to maintain financial accuracy and support onboarding for new clients and contractors.
Support day-to-day supplier invoicing and accounts payable operations, assist in payroll recording, expense tracking, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting workflows, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
The Internal Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of The Flex. This role is critical to ensuring the financial integrity of our business, managing internal financial records, and optimising our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and internal controls.
As an Entreflow Controller - CPA, you will work directly with our fabulous clients, oversee an amazing team of accountants and be responsible for financial management & accounting, compliance & reporting, and team leadership. You will oversee day to day financial operations, month end bookkeeping for various clients to a strict schedule, ensuring high level of consistency and data accuracy. You will also support the Entreflow CFOs with analysis and recommendations.
