The Clinical Research Educator role is to support the clinical liaison relationship during the design and execution of clinical studies for both domestic and international studies, and internal evaluations. This role collaborates with team members to provide diabetes management input, study execution expertise, and device training material for clinical sites and study participants. They will also support the compilation of study-specific procedure manuals.
The Customer Trainer will report directly to the Training Manager for their region. This training professional will deliver da Vinci® System technology training and facilitate surgeon-led training for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff from a variety of surgical specialties. The Behavioral Health Medical Assistant provides administrative and clinical support to Behavioral Health Medical Provider staff and patients and works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of our Community Health Center patients. They assist in coordinating patient care, ensure patient-specific needs are met, and prepare patients for virtual appointments. They also verify and update patient information in the EHR and provide support to BHMP staff.
