Provides advice, assistance and leadership in the planning, procurement, provision, delivery, management, maintenance, and effective business use of information systems. Analyzes business processes; elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements and identifies alternative solutions.

Play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, showcasing industry and regulatory knowledge through onsite audits, deal jacket reviews, and employee trainings to minimize risk and increase profitability. The consultant develops and maintains relationships with dealer principals, dealer management, compliance officers, dealer general counsel, and other dealership staff. Position requires someone comfortable connecting with clients face-to-face, phone, and video.
