As Senior Project Manager on the Controllership Business Operations team, you will define and lead strategic initiatives across the Controllership organization and play a critical role in achieving Twilio's company goals. You will lead multiple high-visibility, high-impact projects from ideation and strategy through planning, execution and go-live. The Controllership Business Operations team is responsible for creating and maintaining operational rigor.

Drive the Onboarding efforts of new and existing customers by understanding business objectives and partnering with the project team to prescribe best practice recommendations in order to achieve those goals. Develop detailed project plan schedules and work breakdown structures to ensure project team accountability for milestone dates and work quality. Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans to executive sponsors and internal/external project teams.

This position serves as one of the primary implementation resources engaging with the client’s global implementation team, responsible for the implementation lifecycle from planning through to go live. The Professional Services consultant will be responsible for the implementation lifecycle from planning through to go live. They will lead global requirements gathering workshops, consult with client on best practices, and ensure accurate documentation.
