This role provides support for pre-audit workflows, real-time audit coordination and post-audit activities associated with client quality audits. The QAS employs insights, tools and collaborative partnerships to identify trends and risk across Included Health products, escalating risks and highlighting opportunities to Quality Audit leadership.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Manager to join our team and lead the successful onboarding and deployment of our Rillet application for new clients. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with ERP systems or accounting workflows, and the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously. Responsibilities include owning and managing end-to-end client implementations, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing client business processes.
As a Salesforce Managed Services: Business Analyst you’ll work closely with clients to provide post implementation support, system optimization, and/or ongoing administration as contracted. You will provide system administration, design, and optimization services inline with Managed Service contract engagement standards & SLA’s.
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will be a key player in improving business processes through technology solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate business needs into technical requirements, manage projects, and configure various SaaS tools, including Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have an ownership mindset, and be a quick learner.
