The Executive Director of Business Analysis plays a central role in understanding and optimizing Accor’s performance by managing a team of analysts, standardizing analytical methods, and anticipating future performance based on complex data, thus contributing to strategic decision-making. They must manage and utilize complex data systems, possess advanced technical skills in data manipulation and statistical analysis, and transform data into operational strategies.

The Real Time Analyst is responsible for the execution of real-time monitoring and management of queues, skill sets, and agents. Leveraging previous real-time workforce management (RTM) experience, the Real Time Analyst will focus on applying their knowledge to drive operational efficiency, adjust resources in response to real-time trends, and support the achievement of business objectives.

The MEAL Advisor works with both Home Office and Country Office based staff to support a cross-functional MEAL role. By guiding quality of WRs reach and impact reporting, the position will drive the technical excellence of World Relief’s MEAL department. Primary responsibilities include Supporting Country Offices in Monthly reporting, Country Offices MEAL capacity building, operationalizing WR MEAL frameworks and strategy, support learning and impact reporting at Country Offices.
