As an Implementation Consultant, you will drive our clients' successful onboarding and adoption of the Athennian platform. As a trusted advisor and technical expert, you'll utilize your project management skills to navigate complex projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. You'll manage implementation projects and client onboarding from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will apply a structured CM methodology and lead change management activities. Responsibilities include creating and applying a Change Management strategy, supporting communications, assessing change impact, and supporting training efforts. Additional tasks involve risk mitigation, resistance management, and stakeholder management.
