Consult with customers throughout their implementation process, using in-depth workforce management knowledge to configure Sona products. Define, document, and deliver product configurations, ensuring clarity and alignments on scope. Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver timely implementations, offering product expertise.

• Oversee strategic and day-to-day management of the clinic’s technological infrastructure and systems, and optimize the electronic health records (EHR) platform.
• Develop and execute technology strategies that align with the clinic’s goals for growth, efficiency, and high-quality client care.
• Coordinate with external vendors to maintain and enhance IT resources.
