We are seeking a Copywriter to join our expanding game marketing team to craft copy and concept big ideas for 360 campaigns, new business pitches, and more. You will create innovative marketing & advertising content, including experience in 360 campaigns, and concepts that feel fresh and culturally relevant, strategic, and concise.

Play a pivotal role in supporting our transformational initiative by ensuring clear, concise, and consistent internal communication with everyone at HERE and beyond. You will plan, develop and facilitate marketing, communications and Learning & Development activities about the IMP program that makes everyone @HERE understand what IMP is, and why it is important for all of us. Make exciting content for any imaginable internal communication channel that resonates with our world-wide, global and diverse audience.

This role will lead customer testimonial content facilitation and development for customer service workflows, supporting marketing and sales activities. The Solutions Customer Marketing team includes subject matter experts who develop relationships with our customers and their broader organizations. Activities support building awareness and education on the benefits of ServiceNow’s AI Platform for Business Transformation within the customer service LOB. Success in this role will entail building a strong sense of community with customers.
