You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our data infrastructure, including data pipelines and data warehouses. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our data strategy, enabling advanced analytics, and supporting Generative AI and Machine Learning operations at scale.

Headway is seeking a Senior Data Engineering Manager to create access to affordable, quality mental healthcare across the United States. You'll lead the Data Platform team, build next generation data platform systems, and work with stakeholders to roadmap projects. As a Data Engineering Intern, you will work with the Business Intelligence team to help extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from both internal and external sources into a Snowflake data warehouse, gaining experience using tools such as SQL, Airflow, and Google Cloud.

Expand and improve the data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and MDM for cross-functional teams. Design, develop, and operate large-scale data pipelines to support internal and external consumers. Integrate data sources to meet business requirements. Write robust, maintainable, well-documented code.

You will support the team’s efforts in data management, analysis, and visualization, helping to drive decision making. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with SQL and Python, and have experience working with BI platforms to visualize data. Responsibilities include querying and organizing data, performing data analysis using Python, and developing dashboards.

As a BI Analyst, you'll develop datasets, data visualizations, and analyses as a subject matter expert and work closely with other BI team members. You will translate findings into interactive dashboards, reports and powerpoints and be directly responsible for the design and implementation of data warehouse tables or views to support analysis and reporting.

Design machine learning systems, research and implement appropriate ML algorithms, applications and tools, select appropriate datasets and data representation methods, and perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
