We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our recently formed People Analytics team and guide our implementation of data infrastructure and tooling, as well as drive strategy and roadmap prioritization. This role will partner closely with our various People Team functions.
You will design, implement and scale data pipelines that transform data into actionable information that enables decision making. You will drive initiatives to formalize data governance and quality assurance. You will have a significant part in building a solid data foundation for a data-driven company.
Deliver recommendations and actionable insights to key stakeholders to help drive revenue. Use strong technical and business intuition to optimize GTM motions, ensuring data-driven approaches drive efficiency, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. Solve difficult open ended up problems through novel data solutions and analytics.
