The Customer Solution Architects (CSA) are integral in helping customers through all three phases of their journey - Onboarding, Adoption and Innovation. The CSA team works closely with the Customer Success Manager as well as Customer teams to onboard customers onto Atlan, drive Atlan adoption through Value Streams and use the power of Active Metadata to automate and innovate. As part of the the CSA team, you will build expertise in tools in the Modern Data Stack and be the trusted advisor to help and guide Customer stakeholders.

• Scale the corporate People Data Warehouse to support analytics across multiple teams.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Hive, Spark, or other MPP database architectures.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex data issues.

• Interrogate data in Google Big Query and develop data pipelines for analysis and reporting.
• Build reports and dashboards using Looker Studio.
• Be accountable for servicing information to our operations managers and team leaders.

Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in Databricks. Build Power BI dashboards for executive audiences. Collaborate with analysts and leadership to deliver actionable solutions.

• Analyze blockchain and payments data at scale.
• Build and maintain automated data models and ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, Airflow, and dbt.
• Design dashboards that reveal trends across user growth, capital movement, and transaction health.

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Write detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with clients to define priorities and manage expectations.

Looking for a Data Scientist with strong engineering skills, solid experimentation methodology, and deep business understanding. Design and lead a unified data with data infrastructure and experimentation framework across the company. Enable faster iteration and better decision‑making for all business lines.

• Drive the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework for the "IremboAI" initiative.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights to measure the project's success.
• Build and maintain production-grade data models using SQL/dbt.

• Play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate and accessible data pipelines while building automated dashboards and reports.
• Improve data integrity, governance, and usability for teams across the organization.

Support data-driven decision-making by providing accurate reporting and data quality management. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to compile, analyze, and present data. Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
