We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep experience in AWS, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and cloud architecture to lead the modernization, expansion, and operational excellence of our cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will contribute to the strategic direction and execution of our cloud initiatives, ensuring the health and reliability of our production environments while driving transformational change. This includes managing production and non-production environments, implementing cloud strategies, and leveraging Infrastructure as Code practices to drive operational excellence. The role aims to enhance service delivery, support transformational change within the organization, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and data handling policies, contributing to improved operational efficiency.

This role is at the center of incident response, internal tooling, and platform reliability, acting as a Level 3 escalation point for Cybrid's production environment. You’ll work closely with engineering squads, product teams, and internal stakeholders like Compliance and Support to improve how we monitor, respond, and recover from platform events. This position is remote-first.

Looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to work directly with customers across multiple sectors, delivering cloud transformation projects in Microsoft Azure, taking ownership of designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable, and automated Azure environments leveraging infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.

Take ownership of the planning, coordination, and support of all non-production environments across the firm—ensuring they are stable, secure, and ready to support development, testing, and integration activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, testing, and third-party vendors to ensure our environments are aligned with both project and operational needs.
