Work hands-on with the infrastructure that supports our distributed & highly scalable services in both SaaS and on-prem offerings. Gather requirements from customers and adapt manifests and software to support new environments. Use and augment monitoring tools to observe platform health, ensure performance and reliability. Interact with the product team to test new features and package new on-prem releases. Automate and optimize the release pipeline to make it as frictionless as possible.

The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team aims to maximize the engineering velocity of developer teams while keeping products reliable. You will be responsible for the maintenance of sandbox and staging environments and the automation pipeline to ensure continuous testing. Help to develop and spread the DevOps culture, create and maintain development sandbox environments, and automate and orchestrate workloads in cloud environments.

As a Devops Engineer Principal at Sagent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our cloud strategy. This role seeks an exceptional individual with a passion for cloud technologies and a proven expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure cloud solutions. Your responsibilities include cloud strategy development, architecture design, technical leadership, and solution implementation.

Develop and deploy robust cloud solutions on the Google Cloud Platform , ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to best practices. Implement and manage GitOps workflows to automate and streamline development and operational processes. Utilize monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance to maintain optimal operational efficiency. Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud solutions, facilitating smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing across projects.

You'll collaborate across teams to build the systems and practices that support developer velocity and confidence, develop novel solutions to reduce engineering drag, and jointly develop and execute a roadmap for solving identified developer productivity challenges, building internal processes and tools that optimize the developer experience.

As an SRE, you'll bridge the gap between development and infra operations, ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of software systems through automation, monitoring, and proactive problem-solving. The person in this role will ensure that the underlying infrastructure is running smoothly and that our systems and tools are working as expected.

Responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power our mobile applications. You’ll work closely with mobile developers, QA, and cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless integration, fast delivery, and operational excellence. The role is open to remote workers but you must be located within Egypt

Responsible for ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently while engineering solutions to improve visibility, eliminate repetitive tasks, and increase system resilience. The ideal candidate will balance real-time on-call responsibilities with strategic engineering work to achieve sustainable and scalable service reliability.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working on improving the Perfectscale by DoiT product infrastructure. You'll be collaborating with product managers, and developers from other teams and also participate in product-making decisions. You will own Cloud and Kubernetes Environments, Design, operate, and maintain highly available production(and non-production) K8s clusters across multiple cloud environments.
