This role provides strategic leadership in designing, coordinating, and scaling capacity-building initiatives across the 7-1-7 Alliance. The role shapes the Alliance’s learning and technical assistance strategy to ensure that national public health institutes and partners are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and systems needed to implement and sustain the 7-1-7 framework for performance improvement.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Training, the Client Education Specialist delivers high-quality training sessions on Experian Health products and services. They will collaborate with Implementation and Client Success teams to ensure structured, credible, and effective training for both new and existing clients. They will enhance product knowledge and recommend best practices to drive adoption and retention.
