Serve as a key resource for building and maintaining equity best practices. Manage the end-to-end grant process, including coordination with human resources to prepare equity grants for approval. Process all equity grants, terminations, exercises, and secondary sale transactions in Carta. Manage the health of a large cap table, and provide a high level of customer service in responding to inquiries from investors and employees.
