Manage the end-to-end execution of our equity‑compensation program, partner deeply with People, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll and external counsel, and establish best‑in‑class processes, controls, and communications. You'll architect and execute full‑cycle equity administration in Carta, lead vendor RFPs, and serve as the equity liaison for employees.
This role is crucial to the daily efficiency of the company, reporting to the Assistant Controller. The individual will ensure precise accounting and seamless HR admin for a fast-growing, tech-enabled business. The detail-orientation, process focus, and compliance mindset are key to success in this remote position.
