The Equity Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operations and compliance of the company’s global equity programs, including stock options, audits, and cross-border regulatory requirements. This role requires proven, hands-on expertise in Shareworks to manage the administration of stock options, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across a growing and complex equity population. You will work closely with Legal, Payroll, People, and Finance to deliver best-in-class equity support.
