The Compensation Analyst I will support the administration of compensation programs that support the North American compensation strategy and ensures that compliance, internal equity and external competitiveness requirements are met. This position is 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada. Completes Initial Job Evaluation Review by conducting a comparative analysis of new jobs against existing roles within the organization to understand relative job value and responsibilities. Performs the initial Job Evaluation using both global and local methodologies, adhering to standardized processes for assessing job levels.
