Wing is looking for a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to join our Flight Operations team in designing engaging, effective, and learner-centered experiences for Wing and our partners. As LXD, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and multimedia teams to analyze learning needs, design innovative curricula and content, and implement and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
We are seeking a full-time highly creative instructional designer with expert storytelling skills to develop industry-leading content for our top tier automotive clients. The ideal individual for this position has experience developing e-Learning and Instructor-led or virtual Instructor-led classes. You will partner with our account team, graphic designers, production, and our (OEM) clients.
