Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the implementation of a newly developed customer-facing training curriculum for a major biopharmaceutical client. This contract role will execute a strategic curriculum blueprint into engaging, instructionally sound learning experiences across multiple modalities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in adult learning principles, market access, field reimbursement, and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

As a contract Instructional Designer for Notion Academy, you'll create compelling educational scripts and storyboards for our core product eduction courses. This role is crucial in helping us build foundational curriculum that teaches users how to get the most out of Notion. This is a 4-month, remote, contract position from through Fall 2024.

Plans, develops, implements and administers complex, innovative and engaging eLearning and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) curriculum, including all associated training materials. Administers ILT courses to Alliance staff. Requires experience in instructional design, video editing, and knowledge of adult learning theories.
