The ServiceNow consultant will work under direct supervision, assessing customer requirements, functional and technical design, ITSM/HRSD/ CSM build, configuration and unit testing, as well as driving the production deployment. They will also make recommendations for integrations, developments and enhancements, leveraging ServiceNow deployments and reducing operational efforts and costs.
