The Rental Billing team within Enterprise Mobility's IT Division has an opportunity for an IT Senior Manager to join the team! As part of the Rental Billing team, the IT Senior Manager will lead teams focused on Quality Assurance testing, Test Automation implementation throughout our solutions, and leading our application development team that supports Bill Delivery, Commissions, and Franchise Partners.

Focusing on major incident, process, program, and release management. Creating, communicating, and executing incident response strategy and acting for individual incidents, closely partnering with Engineering, Technical Support, and Customer Success to drive resolution and improve tools and processes. Leading the weekly release process as part of a release management team.

As a Finance Systems Analyst, you'll partner with the Finance team to implement systems and innovative process improvements. You will document requirements, functional requirements and objectives for Business system initiatives. You'll also troubleshoot operational issues, system gaps for Enterprise systems, and processes, working with cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle.
