Design and deploy networks based on business and technical requirements while partnering with project and program managers to meet timelines and resolve issues. Operate and troubleshoot networks along with taking a lead role in the engagement and mitigation of outage events. Review and prepare for planned change introduction to the production environment, while also participating in an on-call schedule and partnering to execute software code upgrades and device maintenance.
