Responsible for developing and scaling course partnerships across LATAM combining strategic vision with strong performance marketing expertise, you’ll work closely with both product and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Your day-to-day will include identifying, recruiting, and engaging potential partners, conduct negotiations, nurture existing relationships with partners, and run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.

Oversee the development, execution, and continuous improvement of study training compliance and Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrix management processes across the organization’s clinical research portfolio. Ensure all activities align with regulatory standards, sponsor expectations, and internal quality systems, contributing to overall site and study readiness. Supervise a team of specialists and senior specialists, manage workload prioritization, support audit preparedness, and drive operational excellence through strategic collaboration and cross-functional partnership.

Help couples plan destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel. Research venues, packages, and travel logistics based on client needs. Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and excursions. Communicate with top-tier suppliers and resort brands and stay updated on resort trends. Provide excellent virtual customer service and use provided tools to manage client journeys.
