The Solutions Architect plays a critical role on the FireMon Customer Experience team, helping to assess business opportunities and shape strategies to address technical challenges. This role collaborates closely with security architects, infrastructure specialists, and engineering teams within customer organizations to design impactful, results-driven solutions. The role supports both Pre-Sale (Buyer’s Journey) and Post-Sale (Customer Journey) phases.
