You will own the end-to-end technical implementation process, from onboarding to post-go-live optimization. This role is critical in ensuring customers successfully adopt Actian’s solutions while continuously refining their technical configuration to maximize value over time. This is a customer-facing role, requiring technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to ensure customers see long-term success with Actian solutions.

Spearhead the implementation, integration, governance, and adoption of enterprise AI tools. This role will ensure these technologies are seamlessly embedded into daily operations and continue to deliver measurable business value. This individual will act as both strategic program owner and execution lead, working cross-functionally with IT, internal teams, and tool ambassadors to drive impactful AI-enabled transformation.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role ideal for someone who excels at guiding clients through the technical implementation of intelligent support solutions. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end deployment process—from systems integration to the design, build, and launch of conversational AI workflows tailored to each customer’s needs. You’ll work closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver seamless automation, configure advanced integrations, manage timelines, and ensure a successful go-live.
