Manage secure access platforms, enterprise VoIP systems, and core IT operations for a global, remote-first organization. Excel at solving complex technical issues, ensuring network reliability, and working with security-focused enterprise tools such as Zscaler, RingCentral/TalkDesk/Twilio, Intune, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AWS. Serve as a key technical resource supporting Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA/ZCC), voice/communications systems, and internal IT infrastructure.

Support and enhance our secure access, network, and communication platforms for a growing, remote-first global team. Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, escalating to Zscaler TAC as needed. Improve reliability, reporting, QoS, and operational documentation for voice platforms. Partner with security, operations, and engineering teams to maintain compliance and access integrity.

You will be the point of escalation for complex incidents, own Zscaler administration, manage Storm Studio/Talkdesk call flows, and design reliable automations across our core stack: Jira, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Intune/Autopilot, NinjaOne, SentinelOne, Snipe-IT, Airtable, Make.com, n8n, Zabbix, AWS, 1Password, HubSpot, Mailgun, QuickBooks Time (TSheets), Monday.com, and internal tools (QA ProdTool CredSimple).
