The main objective of the SDR is to qualify and disqualify potential leads for our sales team through cold calling, email, LinkedIn messaging, and video outreach. SDRs work to set up meetings between qualified prospects and our New Business Directors, with the ultimate goal of converting these leads into new business. SDRs are evaluated based on the number of qualified meetings they schedule each month.
