Proactively manage and respond to regulatory requests with a primary focus on US regulatory bodies. Coordinate and support all aspects of the compliance audit process. Leverage compliance expertise to provide consultative support to business units as needed and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive the company’s compliance initiatives.

Advise on regulatory issues, including product offering, compliance, AML/CTF, marketing restrictions, and licensing. Draft and review strategic plans and submissions to regulatory authorities, responding to regulatory inquiries and help shape the long-term regulatory strategy. Develop and manage the APAC legal and compliance programme and ongoing regulatory strategy. Anticipate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws.
