Support the AMER Sales team, leading negotiations and advising on commercial and legal issues. Work closely with Product Legal to bring new products and features to market. Be an integral part of the build out of Stripeβs commercial legal infrastructure. Work with teams across Stripe, including sales, operations, product, tax, and risk groups. Develop and deliver training and other resources to help the Sales team sell products.
Manage a team of licensed sales agents, providing guidance on regulatory compliance and NAR best practices. Implement risk management plans and update state-specific policy addendums in collaboration with brokerage operations. Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements for company sponsored and/or investigator-initiated studies. You will work with global teams to review and analyze contractual terms and conditions. Assess legal and budget risks in conjunction with team support functions. Manage the contract amendment lifecycle. Assume responsibility for all aspects of legal document and metrics tracking.
