• Seeking licensed therapists passionate about patient care and clinical excellence.
• Therapists will be fully licensed and credentialed in Washington (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations preferred.

• Facilitate online individual therapy sessions for perinatal patients.
• Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills.
• Work remotely in a fully flexible and supportive environment.

• Provide virtual consultation services to managers and HR partners on behavioral health and workplace topics.
• Coordinate site-specific activities such as benefit fairs and wellness activities.
• Provide case management for US employees and their families preparing for international assignments.

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support and connect members to appropriate mental health resources.
• Assess risks, provide crisis support, and ensure safety for high-risk members.
• Coordinate with Spring Health providers to ensure a smooth member experience.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Provide patients with rapport building, skill building, motivational interviewing, and practical support.
• Run support groups for patients and members of their support system.
• Share lived experience with eating disorder recovery with individuals currently in the process of treatment and recovery.

• Provide patient care and commit to clinical excellence.

Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within our school district partnerships. Build trusted relationships with students and their families. Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health.
