Therapists must have proven experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, medication/pain management, and end-of-life planning.

This is a full-time remote position for clinicians who are licensed, or willing to get licensed, in MA! The Intake Therapist plays a vital role as the first point of contact for potential new clients, conducting in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to understand their unique needs, guiding them to the right level of care, facilitate a seamless transition into treatment, and collaborating with the clinical team.

Provide outpatient services through our telehealth program, working 100% remotely. The position is full-time with benefits, internal supervision, and a Monday-Friday schedule. You should be comfortable with technology and have knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.

Provide behavioral health services and support social determinants of health as part of an interdisciplinary care team by conducting remote patient interactions via phone and video and performing assessments. Responsibilities include administering validated rating scales, developing behavioral health care plans based on patient progress, and providing psychosocial interventions tailored to individual needs.

Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psycho education, and connection to appropriate referrals and resources on a clinical phone queue using skills such as active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches. Assess risks and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow up with high risk members.

Demonstrate strong professional presence, build trust with customer stakeholders, and maintain strong SpringWorks customer dedicated program health. Demonstrate strong data fluency and use insights to drive strategic impact and results.

As a Lyra Care Therapist, you’ll provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video, maintaining a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs. You’ll assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients to enhance learnings and monitor outcomes between sessions.
