Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth platform, conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans, and collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team. Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR and support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination. Target 15-36 sessions/week

Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth and conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans. You will collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory teams while maintaining timely, accurate notes in our EHR. You will also support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination.

Provide teletherapy services to students across Georgia. Play a key role in delivering high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success. Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within our school district partnerships. Build trusted relationships with students and their families. Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health. Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers.

Clinical Supervisors ensure high-quality care delivery, provider development, and compliance while driving organizational growth and transformation. They mentor, lead, and act as accountability partners for the clinicians they oversee. The role includes providing supervision, auditing documentation, monitoring compliance, tracking performance, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsible for the management and delivery of psychotherapy at Beckley Clinical, the Lead Therapist combines clinical expertise with leadership and training responsibilities to ensure high standards of care and efficient operation of patient care services and outcomes. The Lead Therapist will have an opportunity to help shape the future and expansion of Beckley Clinical to drive patient outcomes.

Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

The Licensed Therapist will work closely and effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, utilize evidence-based care modalities such as FBT and CBT-E, deliver evidence based treatment, provide quality documentation, and assess patients’ and families’ needs. To ensure continuity of care, Equip is committed to offering benefits that support long-term well-being and job satisfaction. Working hours are Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm.
