The Manager of CAT Operations supports the operational needs of the CAT division managing relationships with CAT vendors, ensuring operational execution, and handling escalated customer concerns., including organizing travel arrangements for CAT deployments.

Manage a team of 5-7 field claim operation leads. Develop and execute improvement strategies in claim handling best practices, loss costs and customer service. Refine the end to end claim handling model, process and workflows for effectiveness and efficiency. Work with the business lead to set the overall strategy. Identify and deliver improvements in automation and data management.
