The QA/Documentation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of all clinical documentation across the organization. This non-clinical role focuses on supporting chart reviews, obtaining care plans, and gathering documentation needed to establish medical necessity, all in alignment with Medicare/Medicaid requirements, state program rules, and accrediting body standards.

Reporting to the Corporate Compliance Officer and partnering closely with Security, Legal, Operations, and Quality teams, the Senior ERM Specialist will strengthen Spring Health’s enterprise resilience by embedding risk management into daily operations and strategic planning. This role will identify and address enterprise risks across compliance, digital health, cybersecurity, and business continuity, ensuring our frameworks translate into practical, action-oriented solutions. This is a full-time, fully remote position that requires healthcare compliance and Enterprise Risk Management experience.

Accountable for the implementation and maintenance of the WelbeHealth Quality Operations program, this role assists with audits, as well as monitors staff compliance with state and federal regulations and WelbeHealth policies and procedures. Driving quality and compliance across multiple markets, partnering closely with leaders and interdisciplinary teams (IDTs) to elevate care delivery and ensure regulatory excellence. This role shape quality strategy, leads root cause analyses (RCAs), and mentoring new specialists.

Lead the development, implementation and management of external and internal GxP (GLP, GCP and GMP) audits. Responsible for all aspects of the audit lifecycle from development of Jade’s risk-based annual audit plan to monitoring and presentation of the performance and maturity of the audit program. Support due diligence supplier assessments and continuous monitoring of supplier inspection performance.
