Lead growth initiatives across the funnel, improving activation, trial conversion, onboarding, and retention, by deeply understanding user behavior, pain points, and motivations. Use data and user research to run high-impact experiments and refine core flows. Requires someone highly analytical, deeply curious, and able to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
