Use company objectives, customer needs, market trends, and business outcomes (with a focus on ARR growth) to inform your work. Socialize your work and drive alignment with cross-functional leaders; work closely with design and engineering to create compelling, high-quality customer experiences.

Shape the requirements for new product features, guide the Enterprise team projects to ensure desired outcomes, and work with product marketing and success to launch finished features to customers. This job is to bring structure and strategic direction to your team by balancing specificity of large customer asks with long-term platform value; defining what gets built (and why), and ensuring our biggest customers are successful.
