ELEKS is seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer with experience in end-to-end test automation, smoke testing, and performance testing to work on a web-based platform for financial advisors. The role involves developing, executing, and optimizing automation scripts, as well as collaborating with team members to follow best practices.
As a Test Engineer you will review business and technical requirements and identify test approaches, plan and coordinate E2E testing for different releases. You will design and implement E2E test scenarios and cases, execute tests and report results, including defects, provide clear visibility of E2E testing progress and proactively engage with all stakeholders, and provide support and coaching to other E2E test engineers.
In this role, you will be mainly responsible for test automation for mobile applications as part of a testing team within a larger group responsible for the mobile banking application lifecycle. The candidate should have a basis knowledge of iOS and Android so he/she can fully participate in all testing activities, understand the app context and propose improvements that lead to a higher test quality, collaborating with developers, product owners and other testers organized in an agile methodology.
