As an ambassador of quality, the Staff SDET will join an Agile Product squad and play a key role in ensuring the team delivers efficient, effective and scalable solutions. This role involves designing, developing, building, and maintaining QA solutions and processes, as well as coaching and guiding the team on QA best practices.

You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and maintenance of automated end-to-end tests with Playwright in our TypeScript tech stack. You help us to build up the topic of load and performance tests in a structured way.

Seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with 6–8 years of strong manual testing experience, particularly in web applications within the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, capable of independently handling testing responsibilities, and have hands-on experience in SQL queries, API testing (Postman or equivalent tools), and test automation frameworks.

An integral part of the Service Catalog team, working closely with developers to contribute to pull requests, understand new features, and proactively address inefficiencies. Identifying and resolving inefficiencies as they arise, designing and implementing solutions to technical problems of moderate complexity. Playing a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Develop comprehensive test plans covering manual, automated, and performance testing based on an understanding of product requirements and business processes. Be able to create and maintain efficient automated testing frameworks, writing test scripts, and implementing automated testing processes. Accurately record and track defects found during testing.

The role serves as the quality champion embedded across engineering—writing the test logic that ensures autonomy stack performs, scales, and holds up under pressure. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will develop, execute, and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality of our product, contribute to the automation testing framework, improve testing processes, analyze results, report bugs, and assist in issue resolution.
