Working alongside the Test Manager and Test Leads, the Test Analyst is responsible for analysing application requirements and design documents, developing test plans and protocols that comply with business guidelines, executing tests and document results, and defect management to ensure any software rollout is technically fit for purpose, and meets operational/business needs.
Collaborate with Product Owners on testing strategies, testing a product from UI to backend, and performing cross-browser/device testing. Maintain requirements traceability, provide testing expertise, and implement best practices. Advocate for testing standards and maintain strong relationships with internal customers.
