The main objective of your role is to support the teams bringing all technical and process decisions regarding quality from a wide and strategy perspective. You will constantly review how the teams are working identifying improvement opportunity support them to implement a new process that helps them being escalating teams, keeping the focus on having a quality mindset in an agile environment. Act as a mentor and participate actively in coaching.

You will work within our agile software development process and will certify products for release readiness for performance, scalability and reliability and will carry out performance benchmarking for our products & services at global scale.

Drive the automation testing strategy for software applications, design and implement scalable automation frameworks, and supervise and lead a team of automation testers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. Critical in defining test strategies, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring seamless integration of automated testing processes into the CI/CD pipeline. Requires close collaboration with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products.
